30 Minute Consultation

Free

Personal Training (per session)

Sessions range from 30 minutes to an 1 hour, training includes: Weight Loss, Strength Training, Circuit Training, Weight Training, Stretching/Mobility, and Aerobics.

Training sessions are held in a gym or at home.

Nutrition Coaching (monthly)

Coaching information: Meal planning/prepping, food portion sizes, food categories, food and weight loss, supplements suggestions for added nutrition, and food journals.

Exercise Program

Program are created to meet each client's needs. These program can be purchased in addition to personal training or for clients who are working out by themselves at the gym or at home.

Life Coaching 

  • 1 hour session once a week for 4 weeks (Monthly)
  • 1 hour session (per session)

Coaching topics: Personal development, spiritual growth, intuitive advisement, goal setting, organization skills, grief, self-empowerment, self love/acceptance, lifestyle transformation, career, and relationship skills (basic, family, & intimate).

DESCRIPTION FOR ALL PLANS


1st Month - (Get Focused)

Life Coaching {Wellness):

  • Life coaching sessions are once every week for 4 weeks.
  • Each session will last for 1 hour.

2nd Month - (Life Adjustment)

Nutritional & Food Coaching:

  • Sessions will last between 1 -1 ½ hours, totaling 4 hours.
  • 4 weeks of nutritional and food coaching, includes:
  • Kitchen Assessment - client will have a better understanding of healthy and unhealthy foods.
  • Grocery Shopping - Client will learn how to make healthier food choices when grocery shopping.
  • Food Prep - Client will learn how to prepare meals for the week in advance.
  • Last session - Meet to discuss nutritional and food adjustments.

3rd Month - (Change My Life)

Fitness Coaching:

  • 4 weeks of fitness coaching and training.
  • Discuss fitness options and develop fitness plan.
  • Training time: Gym or Home
  • Develop a 45mins. - 1-hour workout routine.
  • Monitor food, exercise, measurements, and weight.
